Fee to be determined after artist packets are assembled. Purpose: Make your own embellished
fabric collage. Bring a photo you took, preferably of a landscape, flowers, or a still life, and also a
"kinko" black and white enlargement of your photo. Enlarge to the final size you want for the
opening of a matted frame; e.g. 5X7 for frame 8x10; 8x10 for frame 11x14; 11x14 for frame 16x20.
Also, for 1st session bring fabric scissors and a Sharpie or felt-tipped pen.
Drina is available to demonstrate the techniques used to create fabric-mixed media works of art.
While this is a different process than single media such as oil on canvas or watercolor on paper, it
is similarly presented; framed, unglazed or behind UV museum quality acrylic or glass, and is long
lasting- as durable over time as other painted media.
